A passionate, young team creates modern, innovative dishes, with a strong emphasis on recognisable flavours and the provenance of ingredients. The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star, a strong ranking in Lekker (#37) and 16.5 points in Gault Millau. Expertly selected, mostly organic and biodynamic wines, or surprising non-alcoholic alternatives, round off the experience. With an eye for detail and the seasons, and full of passion and dedication.

Do you have any dietary requirements or allergies? Please let us know in advance! This way, we can serve you a wonderful menu. For organisational reasons, vegan options are NOT available, but vegetarian options are no problem at all.

To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit, so that both you and we are guaranteed a table. This is €50 per person and will be charged when you make your online booking. On the day itself, this deposit will be deducted from the bill (in the case of a dinner voucher, the amount will be refunded via Guestplan on the day itself). You can still cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking.

All-in Flavours Arrangement

During the week, we serve an all-inclusive package that showcases the flavours of the season. The ‘Flavours’ all-inclusive menu consists of a delicious four-course meal, a welcome aperitif, table water, three wines paired with the dishes, and a coffee service with a generous selection of petits fours to round off the meal.
